Keith has an experience base of over 25 years of USA domestic and global work in Marketing and Sales, and Financial Analysis.  He divides his time between Spokane, Washington USA, and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

In the international field, Keith worked for Washington State University under a US Small Business Administration program, focused on coaching Small-Medium Enterprises of the Northwest USA region. 

He advised clients in New to Export Market business pursuits and internal infrastructure development. He holds an active certification as an International Trade Specialist from a nationally recognized trade educator’s association.

In the Business Brokerage industry, he was heavily involved in the US senior housing and student housing industries, for two major investment firms. He first worked as an acquisition financial analyst, helping to build a $240 million portfolio for a private fund in senior housing and 1031 Exchange Investors for student and multi-family housing.  He applied various methodologies to value of real estate and business operations value, such as cash flow and market cap rate approaches.

Keith holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Portland State University, in Oregon, USA, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, from Eastern Washington University, Washington State, USA.
